International City Phase I

Mixed Use Development

The concept of international city was born around May of 2002. The project was intended to create a mixed used development that offers medium to low income multifamily residential buildings with the necessary civic uses, parks and amenities. The project was intended to cover approximately 800 hectares that houses 60,000 people, excluding the visitors.
